Day 96

Edgar Allan Poe Before and After
THE CRAVIN'

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of munchies I adore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my mobile home door.
"'Tis delivery pizza," I muttered, "tapping at my trailer door-
Chicken wings, and maybe more?"

Went to a puddle of a lake just out of town in Rigby, Idaho (birthplace of the TV and the Treadmill) and floated and kicked around for half a day. Brought lots of water. Going to reserve a spot for camping on Wednesday to the weekend. It is a nice little recreation area and local. The outing got a lot of anxiety dealt with. The individuals that were causing me stress...seemed less important and we all had fun.

StS Status

  • The loss of Internet prevented me from tracking.
  • Have no problem making the blog rounds.
  • Keeping hydrated.
  • Using the food scale.
  • Swimming and some walking.

Decided to leave the scale alone until August. Gonna just have faith and will power.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. That puddle of a lake sounds delicious! Love the fact that you are taking in some summer. It will be over too soon.

Now as far as the STS: looks like you are making progress. Love the fact that you are not going to WI until August. For me it is just too frustrating to try to WI all the time. I can feel the results and I bet you can too!

    Enjoy your puddle! michele

  3. I stopped weighing for a time because it triggered eating. If I lost, I ate because I was happy. If I gained, I ate because I was sad. I need to weigh once a week anyway because it is so easy to stray farther and farther from eating as I should to lose weight. Hope August brings good news and this works for you.

  4. As soon as my phase 6 is over with Allan, the scale is getting put away. This weighing ever week and the ups and downs is hard. I just want to enjoy the weight loss and keep working at it without worry. When I first started my weight loss I weighed monthly, it was great.
Keep up the great work. Take care and God Blesss!!

  5. I'm with Julie, as soon as this is over, I'm done with the weekly weighing (or daily weighing), it's too stressful. Stay positive!
