Day 23

  • Kept to my eating window.
  • Kept the carbs down. 
  • Watchful over sodium. 
  • Me and my 16 oz bottle of water are doing fine. 
  • IF workout on time..
  • Did only the 10 minute beginner pilate set. As we progress, we will increase to another 10 min segment and so on. Feel it my muscles.
