Today is a diet work day. Got my head back on track. Taking on the damage of the week and reset on the widget trackers. Feeling a bit bloated from yesterday's taste it all before I diet session and it all shows on the scale! Gotta take it as it is. It went from 2 to 4 to 8 lbs gained...oh well...
I will weigh in in a week or two.
I used to do that before I dieted. I still have those self-destructive thoughts at times. I am beginning a new challenge that starts on the 18th and was considering eating what and how much I wanted up until then but that would just make more to lose to get to my goal weight. It has taken a lot of time to master that mentality - I finally learned that I was using the upcoming diet as an excuse to overeat.

ReplyDeleteAnd I'm so looking forward to a couple of the fall season animes --Guilty Crown (ooh, the poster looks gorgeous) and Persona 4. We'll see if they disappoint or kick booty.
Still enjoying Beelzebub and Ao No Exorcist and Hanasaku Iroha, and have a lot to catch up on on a couple others I let slack. While you're recuperating...enjoy some fun anime.

ReplyDeleteSorry I've been MIA for awhile. I'm sorry you've hit this hiccup but I know you will get right back up on this stubborn horse and ride!!! Don't get discouraged and binge out. That's what I would do when I'd start losing control and then bammmm. I have faith in you!!! Hugs!!
