Before and afters on my blog I create for show and I can only alter the skinny into the fat. Fat to skinny photo altering I just never really tried. I think it would be hard and take too long not unlike real life.

ReplyDeleteWow, that's a huge loss! I think that's common for induction phases, though. I *love* MyFitnessPal - though, I try to only use my own food/exercise journal. Sometimes I am feeling stronger than others and I can look at other people's food diaries for menu ideas, but usually, it gets me too fixated on how I could be doing things differently or better ... trying to fix something that wasn't really broken.
