Week 10 Day 1-Update

I have not been on plan all week. Not like I porked out or anything, but I had some things that were not part of my low carb plan. More importantly, I have not been on top of my water. I really feel that drinking the amount of water I had been in the past makes for a sure thing when also limiting my carbs and calories.

I need not get into the emotional issues around me in this house with the in-law just turned "adult" visitors.

I wake up early and take the kids to school. I also pick them up. It is my daily walking. That I am doing right and regular. The weather is just great here. Locals would say it is cold, but I like the desert in the winter.

I hope to be surprised on next update day. So I will not weigh in today it could just add to my bad feelings. If I were to step on the scale, it would either show a gain or very little weight loss. I am sure of it.

I need to catch up on my blog visits. I will be talking/posting less and reading more. Sooo....
I won't be posting until next update. I really have this same shit different day attitude on my diet. I need to hear more and talk less. Oh and do more.

  1. I too had a bad couple days so you and I both will do better this week and have a good weigh in. We have times like this so lets just move forward. Have a good week my dear.

  2. Hope you get yourself back on board. Sorry things are a bit off for you. I know you'll do it. You've just gone through a major life change with this move. So don't beat yourself up. Hugs!

  4. I feel your pain - Your body knows when you have been less than good on plan. I am so there. But sometimes weighing in makes me realize I need to get back at it. If I ignore the scale too long, it is never a good story once I hop back on. Good luck to you this week! Have a happy Thanksgiving.
