Girl, take some deep breaths. I went to a party Sunday. 12 kinds of cheesecake and a tiramisu cake, etc.I had..none. I took a protein choco bar to have something sweet when everyone was pigging out on cake. That let me feel like I was participating without having crap.You can get through the holidays. Maybe set your goal to NOT gain, rather than to lose. Just to hang on and exercise, build muscle, and get ready to kill it in 2012. Sometimes, calming down that way, just focusing on healthy actions and not gaining, can shake your mind up and put you in a good frame of mind..a relaxed one.It's just food. Yu've had it before. You know what it tastes like. It's not like, Tetsuji Tamayama saying he'll do anything for you if you just eat that whole damn pizza and pie. No, no. It's just food. :DTake care and BREATHE...

Great pic. Holidays do seem a little scary, but really - it's a lot more scary to weigh 300 pounds. Scary and depressing, that is. You can do this. I recommend lots of fresh fruit! :)
