Mid week

up two pounds...
My left leg is feeling rusty. Like I can walk on it, but when I bend it it hurts. It makes for very hard getting up and down. It feels like tendon issues opposed to cardiovascular. I do have warm feet and the capillaries or micro veins are not a popping up.  And since my 20 month old is down there, I am on the floor a lot going up and down.
It went away then came back. I aggravated it by going on the bike again. I am trying not to make a big deal of it and go to the doctor...I still need to get my base ID in order. I called the base when I got here and the only guy in charge of ID's was rude and probing.  If this leg issue persists...I will take care of it.

  1. Leg issues are worrisome. And as we get older, yeah, we do worry about the joints! The circuation! Our bodies breaking down! SUCKS!!!

Baby, feel better. Try the base again, and I hope you get a nicer person this time. Or just the same one in a really, really good mood on a day after getting laid or something. ; )

    Hugs,

  4. Getting old is rough....rusty is a good word for how my joints often feel...try to baby the hurting areas and go deal with the base if you don't feel better soon....in fact go deal with them even if you feel better so you won't have to do it the next time you feel bad. I didn't like the scale much today either...looking forward to next week.
